About Us: Welcome to DG One... South West Scotland's largest Leisure and Entertainment Complex.Facilities include three swimming pools, 80-station fitness suite (including VIVO technology), health suite, 6-court sports hall & 1200 seater events venue.

DG One is a short walk from Dumfries Train Station and most town centre car parks.
Located close to Morrisons supermarket and the Cairndale Hotel, we are clearly signposted from all main roads into the town and many bus routes have been directed to drop off/collect from shelters on the roadside next to DG One.

The building has its own car park for 144 cars which is free to our customers and includes disabled parking and parent & child bays. There is additional parking close by at Brooms Road car park.
